LOS ANGELES (AP) - 0607xhiltonwrap Screaming and crying, Paris Hilton was escorted out of a courtroom and back to jail Friday after a judge ruled that she must serve out her entire 45-day sentence behind bars rather than in her Hollywood Hills home.

"It's not right!" shouted the weeping Hilton, who violated her parole in a reckless driving case. "Mom!" she called out to her mother in the audience.

yeah, she is a dumbass. But remember, this is the state that let OJ go free, that took 2 trials to get the menendez bros convicted, that is letting Phil Specter spend his nights at his mansion while on trial for murder, and let Michael Jackson walk for molesting a schoolbus load of little boys! But no, this bitch we have to make an example of. Yeah, she'll spread chlamydia to you, but is she really dangerous?

But then again, if she'd killed someone I loved while driving drunk, I'd shoot the bitch cold blooded. So I can understand both sides really. It's just a freaking circus they've made this into.

And then ol' Al Sharpton has to get his damn nose into it all and make this into some kindof racist plot to let "whitey" go free. DAMN what a city!

As crappy as a crime that she committed compared to other "celebs", I'm glad a judge had the balls to treat her like the rest of society would have been treated. Or at least as close to society as can be done right now. Maybe this will be a turn in celebrity hearings and punishments? Yea, I don't really think so either.

Deputies escorted Hilton out of the room, holding each of her arms as she looked back.

I'm still baffled that this is national news. Personally, if I were the judge or the DA I'd be looking into charging whoever released her with obstruction of justice.

Dude, here in Australia this thing is EVERYWHERE, you can't walk without someone talking about this Hilton fiasco. God, we're covering it all over the radio here...we've done a brekky promo on it, putting a listener is jail and shit.

I just think this is such a ridiculous situation, the fact there are journo's camped outside the prison and half a million dollars is up for grabs for a photo of Paris in Prison garb..
