I just think it's funny that nobody in Hollyweird learns their lesson with these things. If you're going to make one, make sure you are the one who ends up with the tape.

I think you might be the one that hasn't learned their lesson. Nowadays when stars do home porn and it gets released, it generates a lot of publicity. And if you're a borderline or aspiring star then publicity is god.

If a home porn is released, don't assume the actor/actress is innocent. Even (especially) if they kick up a fuss - they end up with even more publicity.

I have trouble believing she wants this out there.

She's a tad more accomplished than a Paris Hilton, a skank from Survivor or a Kim Kardashian.

She was a regular on one of the best, most acclaimed tv series of all time. She has a few movies under her belt as well. Sure, they were all crap, but being in a home porn isn't exactly going to give her Meryl Streep-like cred where suddenly top directors are going to be dying to work with her.

There is no upside for her in this. Believe it or not, there are still some out there that know the difference between good publicity and bad publicity. Not many, but a few.
