I saw on the news the other night that a man(Eater) in Germany advetised on the internet for someone to eat. A man(Food) came forward allowing Eater to eat him live while Food watched. Obviously Food died and Eater was eventually picked up by German authorities after he advertised again for a second meal. Eater is being charged with manslaughter.



However, should he be tried for manslaughter IF both parties were consenting?

1. Just because both parties agree in a drug deal doesn't make it anymore legal.
2. It's illegal to kill someone. Even if you have their consent. You can kill yourself, but you can't have any help and you can't screw up.

IMHO its ok to harm yourself or others if the other person is allowing it. (like assisted suicide, suicide, drugs, gambling, etc) I'm not familiar with german law, so idk if its possible for the guy to get any less than manslaughter

yeah this guy doesn't have a leg (pun intended) to stand on. It's either man slaughter or murder.

We can't even get euthanasia passed here in Oz for the terminally ill, let alone some clown who wants to be eaten alive.

The world is better off without these 2 moon bunnies in it anyway.
