Greedo's line from ANH in ROTJ?

I was watching my old VHS videos last night. Just to see some of the old stuff and I noticed something. I never heard this before but I have a better sound system now then last time i watched Jedi. There is a scene in Jabba's throne room that you can hear Greedo talking. No this isn't some other greedo like person talking or his brother Breedo. It's Greedo and it's the same dailog from ANH. It's doesn't sound like its new, it just taken right from the ANH scene and placed in to this scene. I believe it's when 3P0/R2 enter the room but not sure off hand. (If its not, then it either when Chew/Liea or Luke enter)I can find out if you need more details.
I just wounder why they put it in the film? No need for it. There no Greendo looking person even around. He even says Solo.

Maybe I just got a bad copy of Jedi.

Yeah, thats him. It's not a "bad copy". Just background noise filler I guess. A Rodian is in there somewhere (wearing the same clothes as Greedo I think) but I dunno if you can ever clearly see him on film. I have a ROTJ trading card somewhere and it has Greedos cousin (hmmm, yeah whatever) and a Jawa sitting on some steps in the palace.

If it is his 'brother' I wonder why he says "Going somewhere Solo"

maybe he is talking to the fronze Han that is hanging in the room. Maybe making fun of him, teasing the man that killed his big brother

Yes, yes. Breedo, Greedo's younger brother was among the many bounty hunters looking for Han after the scalywag killed his older brother. Boba Fett got to him FAR before Breedo could...because Breedo is about as good a bounty hunter as his brother was a marksman. But after the Hansicle showed up in Jabba's palace, Breedo just hangs out, gets drunk and mocks the carbonite chunk. Filled with guilt that he was unable to avenge his brother's death, all he could do is become an alchohalic and spend all day talking to the Hansicle. After Han was liberated and Jabba killed, Breedo was found hanged in his studio apartment.

I read in an old Starlog back in the 80s that you can hear Ben say "Use the force" during the Luke/Vader fight in Jedi. It's not Ben voice but its done or hidden with in the score. But I never could hear it
