Hidden Images In Teaser Poster?

Hey all you have prob seen the TFN front page. I kinda see the hidden images but for the life of me can someone point out the 2nd Vader all I see is the eye if that... I made this to better point out where some images may be and a bright one so you guys can look 4 more.

and I'd also like to add to this idea that there is "hidden" stuff in there. It's nothing more than fanatics looking for some "cool" nod to the fans when in reality, most likely you are just in fact looking at nothing.

It happens all the time, and the most talked about instances are when people suddenly see Jesus imprinted on the side of a building.

This reminds me of the lunatic ramblings of Richard Hoagland at www.enterprisemission.com -- he finds all kinds of crazy hidden shit in moon pictures, Mars pictures, etc. I think we are dealing with the same phenomenon here.

ok... i think the concept of the poster is fine, just the execution of it is shite. The curve/fold of Anakin's cape over the Vader mouthpiece makes it look like a cross between a grinning Vader and a poor representation of Jabba:



...and so instead of simply flaming, i've attempted to recitfy it by quickly (and I do mean quickly) using Photoshop's clone tool to try and create a more recognisible Vader mouthpiece/shape within the image...



...and whereas this isn't perfect, it is at leaste starting to look something like Vader...

...which I think is the major problem with the poster, fine concept but piss-poor execution...

I hate when people start talking about hidden images and shit. Because then you start seeing shit that isnt actually there. For instance, I see a fucked up Yoda or something in there right above the mouthpiece. I KNOW it's nothing, but that doesn't change the fact that I can see it. It's like looking at clouds.

Some days, I'm ashamed to admit I like Star Wars.

Fuck that. There are no amount of fans, ignorant or completely in tune with the movies or highly educated enough to make me closely associate these movies with said group. I mean all this, these various message boards are just for interaction amongst fans. It can be fun and it can be frustrating. But in the end the movies stand alone as the entertainment that they are.

Niggas can scream they see their dead mothers in posters, I could give a shit. They can discuss at great length the significance of a fucking line of dialogue or a piece of clothing and it still won't detract from what the movies are and what they do in terms of telling a good story in a visually exciting and original way.

So you know... yeah I'm drunk. But most of it still makes sense to me. You have to learn to separate the art and the person merely looking at the painting because in the end the art survives and the person looking dies.

Apart from the obvious sucketry of this poster, another thing that bugs me is that they went with artwork instead of a photo. Drew Struzan's been pretty much the go-to guy since the SEs for poster artwork -- I hope that using a different artist here isn't an indication that Struzan won't be doing the release poster.
