Clone Wars cartoon question

Ok, so last I saw there are 25 episodes for the Clone Wars cartoon...what I am confused about, is the time line and "seasons" that took place....so heres a few questions.

1. Which episodes are on the DVD that came out in March?
2. Were the most recent episodes on TV season 2 or season 3?
3. If there are episodes missing from the DVD will they be released in a second DVD.
