Leaked version of Revenge of the Sith????

Dont know if anyone can help but i have heard rumors of a leaked version of the film floating around, is this true if so are torrent sites not posting the film because of Lucasfilm getting pissed??? Just asking cuz i may not get to see the film in the cinema and dont want to miss out!!!
