John Boyega - Star Wars: Episode IX Time Jump

This makes sense given Fisher's passing.
Maybe, it's something crazy like the gap between TPM and AOTC?

I'd be good with that. I just watched TLJ again last night and had this very thought. The way it ends could very well make way for a 5 or 10 year space between Episodes 8 and 9, making 9 very much a grand finale to the episodic saga in the same way that TPM is the overture to the space opera.
