Picture Viewer Direct Link

Each week, Hyperspace members have enjoyed access to premiere images and artwork through two of most popular features on the site: Before the Helmet and Art of Revenge. Every issue of the Star Wars Insider and other official fan magazines also deliver unique images of Episode III.

As Episode III nears release, its reach begins to extend beyond the world of devoted fans. The growing buzz for Revenge of the Sith is starting to spread around the globe.

Soon, more pictures will be found in newsstands in countries around the world as more and more magazines begin to direct their attentions to the climactic cinematic conclusion of the Star Wars saga. For Hyperspace members, here's a collection of some of that imagery that has already started to appear.

I can't believe some of you are complaining that some of those pics aren't new enough, and that we'd seen them here already... you do realise the pics we see here are effectively stolen property... that is not the OS's fault.

Just saw them, pretty nice. Most are old, but some new, like Holo-Yoda, which was great. The new hologram effects rock!

I can honestly say, without fear of hyperbole, that they are absolutely, incredibly, unbelievably AMAZING!

Well, maybe a dash of hyperbole...

Obi and Ani captured by battle droids.
Has Palps taken a tumble and gone missing?
Are they allowing themselves to be escorted to the bridge as prisoners becuase they don't want to endanger Palps?

Seems to be everyone's favourite...

You gotta love the Lucas/SLJ shot though:
"So Ian, all you have to do is just extend your arms like this, and we'll add the lightning effect in later."
"But I can actually do that for real if you'd just let me show you, George...

holo-yoda is pretty sweet. . . how odd is it that the council holo-vids line up with their chairs? the image is sweet, but it seems funny.

I wonder how many of these Anakin2005 has in juicy hi-res. . . (All?) the stills we've gotten from him so far were in this collection in crappy low-res.

Definitely the two best shots. :heavymetal:

Yoda has to be calling in from Kashyyyk and Nute is about to be history.

It's possible. It certainly looks like the outer shell.

I hope the holograms don't actually look around the room at the people they're talking to - I mean, they're not there so how could they know which direction to look in?

I've also been wondering how many of the casual movie goers will be a bit confused and think these life-size Jedi Holograms are "blue ghosts" ala Obi-Wan in ESB. ;)

Sounds like HS is trying to cash in on the recent image craze. Perhaps it's an attempt to scoop the insiders before their stuff trickles out. Too bad half of that gallery is already old news, thanks to guys like Spoileriffic and the new badass on the block, Anakin2005. You guys keep me busier than you'll ever know. If my site does less than 150GB this month I'll be suprised.

I definitely think some of the recent activity involving the appearance of hi-res images made the OS respond by dumping a lot of pics on us at once via Hyperspace. Spoileriffic to a small degree but I would actually give more credit to Anakin2005 in this particular instance since we saw most of the OS images from him first. If they didn't release a lot of those images now they would be even more outdated(in terms of the spoiler community on the internet) than they already are. The main advantage for the OS being that they have new images that we hadn't seen yet. My opinion is that the fans essentially forced the OS to react and they did in a positive way instead of issuing C&D's and all that useless legal crap as in the past.

Then again it could all just be wishful thinking on my part.

Anyway my favorite pic isn't the Yoda hologram but the pic of Anakin looking up and the sparks in the foreground(#23). I dunno for some reason it gives me a feeling that he's about to bite it or that he's trying hard and I feel sorry for him.

The :gb2xboards: had an entire thread consisting of that discussion. Each Council-member probably had a special holo-chair with them that showed all the others in the council as well.
