Perhaps a short film involving both the Ice Cream dude and Wat Tambor should be made by some fan with time on his hands.

For Wat's dialogue, just take Ben Burtt's commentary from the DVDs, and slow it down a bit:

Hood: The Empire is coming! Holy fuck! Save the ice cream! SAVE THE ICE CREAM!!

Wat: What I wanted to achieve here was a sense of a natural environment, with birds and people in the background, but with an other-worldly sound. So I set up my portable tape recorder, buried my cat alive in the sand box, and then played the tape backwards at a slightly faster speed, then added some reverb, and...

Hood: HOLY MOTHER OF GOD! THE ICE CREAM! SAVE... THE.... ICE... CREAM...............

Boy do I hate it whenever Ben Burtt talks in the commentaries. Its interesting for the first couple of noises, but when he compares his sounds to the Williams' score... I'd bury him in that sand box...
