The detail on some of those figures is magnificent. Grevious 12" and deluxe, as well as Sidious 12" look like McFarlane figures.

It appears that the 12inch unboxed Grievous and Emperor images face and bodies have been photoshopped enhanced.

Compare the boxed versions with the unboxed versions. It appears that the Grievous Unleashed unopened image has been photoshopped enhanced as well.
