If anyone remembers the billboard banners for AOTC they pretty much rocked.

The one with Jango in the foreground and the clonetroopers in the background is cool, but maybe force_kin can draw something similiar...?

like i said before, i think your work is good, but those banners clash with the current color scheme of the board and the main site. i would suggest making something that matches the same color scheme.

Yes, the MillenniumfalcoN_MetallicA logo was my idea and creation lol

As you can see I'm finally working on install banners and themes. Eventually a user can choose their own theme.

The Mod Squad theme is only temporary, though one can choose that theme in the future if desired. It was merely a test theme to see if the JC banner.jpg, background.jpg, side.jpg, and curve.gif can work well with PHPBB. :cool:

I got it from a certain ex-JC mod and migrated it over to MF. (It was a bitch)

Also as stated previously, I would like a to implement a random typescript for a new banner to be shown upon each refresh. That way everyone's banners can be seen.

Can I just say something about using the JC banner style (ie side and curve)? It looks good when used on TFN's main page because of the transition from it to the menu down the side, but it just doesn't really work greatly otherwise. It makes things look lopsided.

Go into the JC's Literature forum, and pull the javascript that's embedded directly into the page HTML. I'll admit it was a quick and dirty bit of coding, but it did what I wanted it to, and will more than suit your needs.
