He specifically was asked about this and he said

Supposively, right after Luke climbs down the latter of his X-wing, right after blowing up the Death Star, people claim to have heard him yell "Carrie!" when Leia (Carrie Fisher) comes running up to hug him.

An issue of Star Wars insider clarified that he does not say Carrie, but yells "Hey".
