

I don't think this is the pod Yoda took from Kashyyyk. The interiors and sizes look different. But I'm not sure.

But in ROTS, we see the Tantive IV land on Naboo (after the birth of the twins and Vader), and we see Yoda, Obi-Wan and Bail talking. So how could Yoda get to Dagobah on a Polis Massan ship if he already left?
