I'll bet the new spider-suit has some kind of over-ride in it and Stark is going to shut down Pete when he wants to change sides in the Civil War. Just my prediction. They did say it was only temporary, afterall.

I agree, Pete is being set up as on the fence in all the artwork. I hope they can still keep the story interresting even though Spidey's place on the fence is so obvious.
