George was on Conan O' Brien last night talking about the clone wars animated series they are working on.

LUCAS QUOTES

• "It's very much Star Wars. It's not a South Park comedy. It's not SpongeBob SquarePants. It's sort of the first dramatic animated show that is PG-13. So it doesn't really go on late night."

• "It doesn't go on Saturday afternoon. It actually doesn't go anywhere. I don't know what we're going to do with it, but we're having a great time making it!".

There was no mention of the Live-Action Series.

This has probably been asked before, but when did George Lucas lose his neck? Did he ever have it?

Mr Lucas' neck has been enveloped by his glacial second chin. It's been slowly sliding off his face since he got really fucking deliriously wealthy and will some day soon make him look like a rich near-sighted turkey human hybrid.

If I was him, I'd spend a few million bucks on human flight research. Then, I'd play Jesus to my new breed of human bird-people. And change my name to just Skywalker. He clearly isn't thinking big enough anymore.

Is it just me or was the alien Dex in Episode II basically a parody of GL's modern appearance?

No, it's not just you. Watch the documentary on the DVD; everytime George looks at Dex's concept maquette, the visual effects guys are laughing it up in the background. They know what's going on.
