I really liked the episode's story between the clones but, overall, it was uneven and spent too much time on Obi-Wan tracking Grievous.

Obi-Wan is assigned a delicate mission: He must investigate rumors that Duchess Satine of Mandalore is creating a separatist army in secret. If true, it would be a devastating revelation for the Jedi. Their links were strong since they were young, when the beautiful Duchess had given her heart to him.

Episode S02E13 • Duchess Of Mandalore • February 5 2010

• On Coruscant, Duchess Satine is framed for the creation of a Mandalorian terrorist group. On the run from Republic authorities, Satine and Obi-Wan set off to discover the group's true origins.

Episode S02E14 • Senate Murders • March 5 2010

• When a Senator dies under suspicious circumstances, Padmé sets out to find the person responsible.

Note the Mandalorian Trilogy ends with a double-header on February 5 - then a month long break in which we get another Senator Padme episode on March 5.

What's up with the weird scheduling?

Olympics, maybe?

On the cartoon network? or just because they don't think they'll get the viewership?

Yes it may have to due with not wanting to compete with NBC's Olympic broadcasts however some are frustrated that the show is now becoming monthly instead of weekly.
