I knew it! That ship heading right at Padme's belly... It must mean that Grievous is Sifo-Dyas, who is secretly a clone of Palpatine, who is a half brother of Sidious, who is Luke and Leia's biological father, who is the killer of Jar-Jar's nephew.

I just wanted to get that out of the way before the idiots at "another board" conjure up another stupid theory. ;)

We've probably just given them free ammunition :(

That's not actually Hayden's hand. It's some ILM employee's hand that they filmed and digitally inserted reaching for Padme. Later they'll fly an intern out to measure the exact dimensions of the finger so they can Bibble in a wedding ring.

(Cool find, btw.)

Is that definitely GG's ship? From the shape of the cockpit is it not possible that it's the new Jedi fighter?

"A General Alert" 3/25

I thought that was the General's ship.

Good call. Even though you can only see part of it. The picture on the German mag is not this ship.

I never thought that was Grievous's ship. Reminds me more of a speeder. It doesn't say one way or the other.

Edit: Talking about the BTH photo.

I really hope the UK Star Wars magazine has this picture on the cover! I love this pic. Padme looks so sad and tragic, and there's so much symobolism in the fact that Anakin is looking away from her....

Poor Padme. I know Tern thinks shes a bitch, but I feel sorry for her. She lose's everything in this movie, including her life and the chance to ever see her babies grow up :(

But thats Episode III. Nobody ever said it would be a happy movie. ;)

Well one thing's for sure in that BTH pic it's Grievous stand-in with the guns because the caption says as much. So just going by the guilty by association theory I would say that is Grievous' ship behind the blue guy in the BTH pic. I also think that the ship on the cover of the German Insider is Grievous' ship, or at least an early concept. Reason being is that I see some similarities in design with the shark ship and this concept drawing. And since the shark ship is supposedly where Grievous is... Notice the back of the shark ship and the weather vane-like extensions and the drawing that appears to have the same extensions.

Image

Maybe I'm just looking too into it, but that's just me. ;)

Besides, they said a few times that each faction would have different shaped ships in order to make it easier to differentiate them in battle, so to me the small ship on the German cover shares some similar design points with the shark ship.

The Wookie ships have a propeller theme going on.
So I don't think it's Wookie...

This odd design could be Grievous' ship, but why the Geonosian brown?
Grievous' trademark colour is white.

Has anyone seen Grievous' ship from the Republic Commando E3 Demo to confirm/deconfirm this.

Remember the original AICN report about the small droids that attacked Obi Wan during the opening battle. Could this be one of those droids?

Go to the Art of Star Wars: TPM, turn to page 126 and look at fig.2. The ship looks like Amidala's Naboo carriage.
