So, who here's partaking in some midnight madness this Thursday night?!?! :bounce:

I'm thinking of hitting up Toys"R"Us for a small figga haul myself! My eyes are on Black Series' Rey and Luke. I got Black Series' Finn and Kylo two years ago (in addition to Poe's Lego X-wing).

What will you be splurging on? What's worth it? :bouncin:

Is there a list of everything available at Midnight/Force Friday?

I'm very hesitant right now....at least 25% of the stuff on sale are just repops...

Can I be honest? I'm mainly going to hang out with other fans for a while. :)

The whole occasion is plainly exciting and invigorating even if I won't be coming away with too much. It's like a mostly innocuous cult.

If I thought it'd be worth it, I'd agree....but last one was about 20 idiot collectors that just look at me like I'm encroaching on their territory. No one wanted to talk, and all they did was go grab their short packs and jet. (This was at TRU).

I'll still go. I'd like to get a TRU Gree and Black Series Rey, but that's about it.

I miss the days where I'd walk out with 20 figures and ships. Good Times.

A pox on all their houses. That's no way to treat a fellow fan or experience fandom.

Naw, it's ok. It's what they do. It's easy enough to find all the short packs these days, not like the days of old where you'd have to camp out on a truck night to nab a box. And honestly, Hasbro's played it so safe the last few years, if I don't get it now, chances are there will be a re-pop in the not so distant future (Bastila Shan, for example).

I am trying to track down the Black Series Jaina Solo, though, that figure looks awesome.

In other news, here's a pretty comprehensive guide to all the stuff happening at various retailers:

Good times! :chewbacca:

Placed second in line and made some new friends (of which some were considerably passionate fans) but the supply at my Toys "R" Us was a bit low. They didn't have my coveted Black Series Rey and Luke and had to settle for their 3.75" versions. Oh, well. I came primarily for the fun, not the products.

Hope everyone else participating had a pleasant evening! :)

Has anyone seen the Obi-wan or Yoda figures in the wild yet?

I've seen no Obi or Yoda figures.

I'm waiting on sphero...if they go the way of BB8, they'll be 50-70 bucks off by January.
