The original trilogy was regraded. I haven't gone through the prequels yet but now that 4K rips are "out" I have more incentive to go frame hopping.
It's worth noting that the color grade does not necessarily take the films back to the way they were photographed. It's still a modern interpretation but not crushed and shifted all to hell like the blu-rays. There was also care taken to match tones from shot to shot so lightsabers now look consistent as they always have in our imaginations. As the digital bits article pointed out though, not all the previous revisions made it to this cut which probably means somebody didn't take great notes in 2010.
My non-Dolby Vision 4K TV plays them atrociously but they look good on the computer screen. Also, others have determined the transfers are not true HDR. The resolution increase is very much worth it though and the color grade provides a fresh way to view these films again.
