Okay...enjoying my 56k dialup hyperspace speed download...

1. Anakin and Obi-Wan fighting amongst steam vents.

2. Bail Organ's speeder on its side (BOTTOM=LEFT COCKPIT=RIGHT)

3. Obi-Wan in water.

4. Explosion in elevator lobby.

5. Bail Organa's speeder turned upside down on rig(?)

6. Revolve - Anakin, Palp, Obi sliding down ceiling.

7. Pipe breaks and Palps, Ani and Obi fall.

8. Fighting in steam again.

NEW LINE:

OBI-WAN (to Commander Cody?)
Now let's get a move on, we still have a battle to win here.

There is an awesome moment when Anakin and Obi-Wan are battling it out on a steamy walkway. It is really cool because you can SEE Ani hunting Obi-Wan down like prey. COOL.

I haven't yet figured out if that's a real line of if Ewan was just messing around. It looks like Temuera is acting, but Obi-Wan almost seems to look/sound excited, and that seems kind of out of character.

Vanda, I think they were shooting the scene were OBi begins to ride - not the preceeding dialogue - that would be my guess.

Possibly... I've watched it again, and the line I guess could work. But again, it almost sounds as if Obi-Wan is anctious to go get into the fight... almost like "Come on Scoob, we've got a mystery to solve!!" And then the "Yaa!" - pretty funny, but strange nonetheless.

Anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if that IS real dialogue, but if so, I think it will be delivered quite differently in the final cut.

That line seems like it's real to me. Both Ewan McGregor and Temura Morrison have actions at different parts of the exchange and it doesn't seem like a lead-in to anything else so I don't know why it wouldn't be real. Interesting that Temura has his helmet off then places it back on his head as Obi-Wan rides off. Obi-Wan riding the lizard thing during a battle with a contingent of clonetroopers under his command? Sounds like it's just before the clones go rogue to me....humanising the clonetroopers might be the reason for the removal of the helmet too.

I also noticed that there's a large hole in the top of the set piece above the water tank. Looks like that's where they're swimming to so they can escape the rising water.....or that's where they're dropping into it from.

Does anyone know if the lightsaber Obi-Wan gives Luke in the OT has pieces of black plating on it? If not then Anakin is definately using his red Vader saber during the duel, there are pieces of black clearly visible as somone hands Hayden the saber as he climbs onto the stage.

IU, Ani and Obi actually enter the 'fuel' and swim towards this opening.

I have a feeling that Obi and Ani may be trying to 'turn off the Death Star first'...so to speak.

Ewok Pudu says Obiwan mounts a four-legged komodo dragon style reptile creature to chase Grievous on Utapau.

During the documentary, Obiwan was mounted on a saddle, which itself was mounted on a blue-screened "mechanical bull". Ewan even gave up a "Yippy Ki Yi Yay" style yell and clicked his heels into the mechanical bull's sides.

Also during the Obiwan and Anakin duel, wind machines were shown along with techs installing steam canisters (ala Empire). Is all or part of "The Duel" the windy environment as repoted by the HyperSpace diaries or are the machines for blowing the steam around?

I found it weird that Obi-Wan is leading a charge into BATTLE. This is very different from the 'chasing' scenario Ewok described. From that dialogue it appears that Obi-Wan has orders to defend a planet - not chase GG.

Could GG have something to do with the clones turning on Obi-Wan, maybe after they've won the battle or something?

EDIT: And Tern, if they're swimming towards the hole in the ceiling in the room full of liquid fuel in the latest web doco, do you reckon that shot from the Marketing Footage where they both pause at the waters edge then wade in is directly before it?

For sure, IU. I am following the cloaks.

Ani and Obi wear their cloaks in the corridor, elevator lobby, fuel tanks and when Anakin is hanging over the edge of the Elevator shaft.

After that, Obi and Ani lose their cloaks when they rescue Palpatine, fall off the broken pipes and when they Federation Cruiser rolls.

One possible scenario:

Ani and Obi enter through the flooded engine room and enter another engine room through the vent shaft at the top of the room. The head to nearest elevator shaft and before they enter, Obi-Wan chastises Anakin and Anakin puts Obi in his place. The Elevator opens and they take the elevator to the bridge area. They battle, save Palpatine and then the cruiser breaks apart etc.

A more likely scenario:

Ani and Obi arrive in the ship and head towards the nearest elevator lobby. Obi warns Ani about Dooku etc. They enter the elevator and travel to the lower levels to shut down the reactor (like in ANH). They enter the fuel and try to get the upper levels through a vent shaft in the flooded engine room. They enter the dry engine room and shut down the ship.

They head up the vent shaft and enter another elevator lobby and Anakin coms Artoo to find out where the Chancellor is being kept. Artoo leaves the starship and heads out on his own adventure to find the location of the Chancellor for Anakin. He discovers the location is the General's Quarters.

Anakin and Obi-Wan makes their way to the bridge area where Dooku is. They begin to battle it out etc. The bridge area becomes the focus when the Cruiser collides with a Destroyer. The ship is fatally ripped into two. Anakin and Obi quickly try to make their way back to their ships, however they are hindered by many battle droids. The broken cruiser also causes problems as it begins to roll and fall towards Coruscant. They try to cross a chasm via some nasty pipes. The pipes crash and they fall. Obi-Wan is knocked unconscious. Anakin tries to rescue Obi-Wan and Palpatine.

I don't know the rest... :)

At 4:37, you can clearly see that Anakin's saber has a black band clamp in the middle, which was originally a piece that held the two halfs of the Graflex base together. The Ep IV Skywalker saber has a silver clamp, while the Vader saber has a black one. Take that as you will.
