Yeah that is an interesting find. Seems like the OS version is the final one however since it features a CG Grievous and doesn't have any text about it not being the final version etc.

This one looks fake to me... look at how Grievous is cut/pasted into it man... You can see clearly the dark outlines. By the way it's the same Grievous pic that was shown in a Webdoc, and not the Grievous with the bonestructure...
