very nice - just drop the spin content level with the top border if not right to the middle... maybe not the middle but either way would look better than so close to the edge, in my opinion.

Gladly however, I'm going to need an accurate transcription of the opening scroll from RotS anyone have it or know where I can find it?

You'll note I chose not to list the special features for each disc once you print these out you can use them for any edition of the films you own, any region. Great if you want to your retail OT discs in 2-disc cases along with your bootleg Pre-SE discs.

Don't know sadly, I don't have a printer good enough to test them on. If worse comes to worse, I can just crank the contrast on the gold leaf sky-high and recommend that it be printed on foil paper. As it is, I recommend gloss or photo paper.

Anyone know where I can host images in excess of 1024 KB? (This is the limit at Imageshack).

I tinkered with some custom OT covers I found awhile back (www.prillaman.net); I changed the backs of the covers to more closely match the style of the OT 2004 edition DVDs, and they look great on the shelf with Episodes I and II.

Anywho, anyone with info on where I can host these, it would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, FusionAddict... amazing covers. A very clean, futuristic novel look to them... very reminiscent of Lord of the Rings 4-disc sets. I may try these out in the future.

Wow, Coov. Those look pretty good. I see that you included the lens flares just to show continuation from the prequel posters. Kinda cheesy I know, but it works. How do ya like this one!?

Take them to Office Max or Kinko's and print them there. I've done that. It's only like $.60 per DVD cover (if even that much) and they'll usually keep printing until they get it right (sometimes the color balances aren't quite right; my custom American Beauty DVD cover was MUCH too red). This saves you the time and money of buying a high end printer, plus the ink to use with it. It's something to consider.

I stole FusionAddict's Journal of the Whills idea, spiffing up the logo a bit, and added it with the poster artwork. Here is a gallery of the covers, prequels included.

Thanks! Yeah... really high res. I need to convert them into a jpg or something manageable. Right now I have the most recent covers in Illustrator with places tiffs. Where can I upload larger sized images? All I know is Imageshack at the moment.

I don't know any good image upload sites, but for Star Wars related Covers you can always use http://home.pages.at/grisan/upload.html. There is a perl based upload function that accepts Jpgs up to 5 Mb in size.

I may be able to arrange that for all 6 films...just gimme a few hours.

On another note, sorry it's taken so long to get these uploaded...between MF and OTdotcom downloading the Whills covers, my bandwidth took a major hit the past two weeks. If I could find someone to mirror the files for me, that'd be great.

Here are the OT covers I had mentioned working on a few posts back. As I said, they match up quite nicely with the official covers of the PT:

NOTE: I used the "Definitive Collection" heading as these are the covers I used on the cases holding Dr. G's definitive edition LD rips.

All of the other ones I did were not posted at actual size. These are. These new ones are pretty much a became a LOTR EE rip off... but cool none the less.

I have been getting quite a few requests for the Clone Wars vol one.... so I included that one as well.

I don't know if you saw this, but I originally posted this in the Episode III forum last weekend. I made up an original DVD cover for the Soundtrack Bonus DVD.

(Preview)
Image

If you're like me, you keep the DVDs on one shelf and the CDs on another. Since it's a music DVD mostly, the artwork has some music notes and staff lines accordingly. Plus the awesome Drew Struzman poster art and the main photo of Anakin/Vader from the soundtrack insert. It should fit in with the rest of the Star Wars DVD spines.

The region code is ALL. Hope you like.

Wow, definitely a good looking cover, MM. Since I'm more OCD than Mark Summers on a super sloppy family day, I was hoping Mr. Coov would have cooked something up to match the spines and covers he did for the saga and Clone Wars discs... but this one's a fine addition as well.

could anybody make an episode III dvd cover? Like all of the others. So far luke's holding a lightsaber on 2 covers, anakin/vader on 2 covers, and obiwan on 1, so i'm guessing obiwan will be holding it on this one. Any takers?
