Ternian's Random Episode III Stuffs:

* This is going to be such an intense part of the movie.
You notice Yoda enters? Guess who he has just had a conversation with...

Also, the whole "Luke" thing is addressed in the movie.

* I'll tell ya about the whole Luke/Leia Vader does/doesn't know thing another time - for now, trust me, it makes sense.

* Remove Yoda from the pedestal you had him on, and replace him with QUI-GON!

* The secret is...well...very non-amazing. Its the most simplest thing ever and it is the reason the Sith will never EVER have it - its why we will known that Darth Plaugeis never had it.

As for Luke, the name is NEVER mentioned until this point. Why Padme thinks of a boys name will be discussed earlier in the movie when the pair kiss in their bedroom.

* Leia will never EVER know about Padme or Anakin - the memory wipe scene will show u this to be the case.

Leia's memories of her mother are simply a way to show us that she uses the Force - and the Force is using her (ie. Midis).

* Qui-Gon had a hand in Luke and Leia's conception. The guy knew what he was doing.

* Bail, Yoda and Obi-Wan discuss Qui-Gon's influence over midis in Luke and Leia.

* Basically: Padme goes into labour. Yoda talks to Qui-Gon. Padme dies.

Yoda, Obi-Wan and Bail discuss what will happen from then on in... They discuss the future of L&L, Yoda reveals ANOTHER new surprise to Obi-Wan, Bail takes the droids, and Beru and Owen come into play.

Very busy last 30mins, I say.

* Owen and Beru have no lines.

* Owen knows that Vader=Anakin. You guys have got to remember that Obi-Wan is lying and manipulating Luke in his little homestead in ANH. All the lightsaber crap and Your Uncle-blah-blah crap is simply Obi-Wan subtley getting Luke off that damn planet and into action.

* Yoda has to unlearn what he has learned.

* As I mentioned, the stuff around LOVE is much better than "Love is the answer to the darkness." - Qui-Gon, RotS.

* DROID
All organic damage has been repaired and this systemic failure cannot be explained.

Also, the pic of Obi, Yoda and Bail at the Conference Table on the Tantive IV is the beginning of the discussions concerning Beru and Owen, Alderaan, Tatooine, and Yoda's surprise comment to Obi-Wan.

* Qui-Gon doesn't tell Yoda to go to Dagobah.

* I always assumed that the conference pic was Obi, Yoda and Bail returning to the Senate. I can confirm it is after PADME's death.

* I am under the impression that Obi-Wan gets the lightsaber from GG. However, it could be just another lie he tells to Luke.

* Yoda thought he could defeat the Sith should they appear - this was his arrogance. He did get totally creamed by Sidious.

- Does Yoda choose to stop using the force between Ep3 and 5 (and concentrate on listening to the living force and the living beings surrounding him on Dagobah)?

So Anakin and Padme planned to call their daughter Leia if it was a girl? And if it was a boy... well it was and she called him Luke. Safe to assume that was also discussed. So he planned to call his kids Luke and Leia. Years later his son turns up with someone called Leia and two droids that just happen to look like two droids he used to hang with. Yeah, you can use the 'would you remember a vcr?' argument if you like but the answer would be a huge 'yes' if that vcr happened to be in the hands of the person who popped out of my wife (who last had the vcr) and also happened to be with another vcr who hung around with the first vcr and my wife.

If I remember correctly,QGJ didnt die until after Obi Wan had killed Maul,perhaps he had time to give himself to the force or something. I'm beginning to think that the force 'voice' or 'force ghost' is the force trying to balance the power of the dark side at moments where Anakin is turning or when he has turned.

I say it should go from 1-6, revelations manufactured to get a cheap shock-effect out of the audience are getting a bit tired by now. And it seems ROTS will have plenty of "shocks" at it is. Besides, what are you guys going to do to prevent people from seeing it differently? Hold protests outside videoshops?

As for the spoilers, I´m getting this weird "Luke is Qui-Gon reincarnated" vibe. Don´t know why.

I love the idea of Yoda going to Dagobah to unlearn what he has learned. It makes far more sense to me than simply hiding from the Emperor - going somewhere where he had to live such a simple life, almost no possesions, simply meditation and reflection. Connecting with the Force around him. It leads perfectly to who we met in ESB and makes me feel a lot better about not liking him as a character in TPM.

If that's true, then it backs up my belief that Anakin was created by the Sith. He was willed into being by either Darth Plagueis, or Palpatine. He was discovered by Qui-Gon.

What if Anakin & Padmé were to have one child: Leia. What if Qui-Gon created Luke as the second child? So Luke would - also be like Anakin - created by the (Living) Force. That's why Luke was stronger than Leia and couldn't remember his mother (because he wasn't in her belly until the birth).

I think The Phantom Menace is going to be re-approached by many after Revenge of the Sith, and many SW fans are going to alter their opinions of it dramatically. I think George Lucas is about to to emerge from the last six years of opinionated abuse as something of a hero to the SW community. The "redemption" of George Lucas.
