This is the Apartment / Veranda meeting.
"The Scene that explains it all" according to Pablo "Spider" Hidalgo's set diary.

Really? What is the 'it' that is all explained exactly?

Allow me to explain. For some people the 'it they wanted all explained was Anakin's turn. That was explained in previous reports.

For others, the 'it' that get's explained is the last fifteen minutes or so.
So what get's explained, or set up rather, in this scene?
Sorry if I sound completely idiotic...

The Scene That Explains It All

HyperSpace Set Diary

Today's shoot adds another two pages, for a total of eight pages of script shot in this environment so far. "It's the scene that explains it all," says George Lucas matter-of-factly. True to the much-predicted tone of Episode III, the characters have grim expressions as they account for the dark state of things.

Paraphrasing Ewok Pudu, circa Fall 2003:

Padme loves her husband but she knows she
has to do her duty for the galaxy. Since the pregnancy is a secret, she'll
probably reveal to Obi-Wan that she is pregnant. Hence, the scene that
explains it all...

Maybe the Jedi find out but probably not. We know officially Anakin ' confers with Yoda about his vision' (Pablo). Could prove to be a bit alkward.

ANAKIN: "Uh yeah, Yoda, hi. I was wondering if you could help me out, I've just had this dream about this, er, friend, no wait are Jedi allowed to have friends? Anyway I'm really, really afraid of the fact that she... (or he) is going to pass away, actually you see a friend of mine (more of an acquaintance really) is having a dream about his wife, through this he now actually knows she's going to die. and thought maybe... maybe you'd hold a couple Force clues as to, you know, avoid mortality so-to-speak. You know, cause I kind of want to, uh, help this particular individual out a bit."

That's the sad part - people bend over backwards to accomodate Anakin and he still thinks he's not getting his fair share. I guess we've all known people like that.
