Great cast, but I really hate the books.

I gotta say I'm really comfortable with Martin Freeman as Arthur Dent. I saw some making of footage on a film programme, and Zaphod seemed to be walking about with one head positioned centrally on his shoulders. I hope they don't go for the bad solution the old BBC TV adaptation went for (a limp head hanging to the side).

They could do something like Johnny Knocksville's character in MIB2. . .

Anyway, I can't wait, if only for the fact that Alan Rickman is voicing the android.

I love the books and hope this movie holds up.
