Soundtrack 'Leaks' on P2P Networks

Postby Brewtality » March 18th 2005 9:44 pm

I've noticed a couple of Tracks on a few P2P networks caliming to be from the ROTS Soundtrack. From a couple of listens however, it sounds more like samples of the Shadows of the Empire soundtrack CD. Check Limewire/Kazaa/Morpheus etc.. and say what you think.

I own all three Special Edition soundtracks (2-disc) and the Main Title theme i downloaded isn't on any of those. I still haven't heard the Shadows of the Empire disc though so it's up in the air at the moment. I'd probably side with the argument that says it's faked Shadows of the Empire stuff though because it seems a bit early to be getting soundtrack stuff, and it'd be just too lucky a find.

If its called "Approaching the Battle" it's Shadows of the Empire stuff. That's what the SOTE track is always mislabeled as. The real ROTS track listing has already been revealed and Approaching the Battle is not even a track name.

Yeah, but even so, the music DIRECTLY after the main theme is done is goign to be different. I'm pretty sure it's the Shadows soundtrack now after listening to a sample on the internet.

P2P Networks suck.

And the tracklist that's been released hasn't been confirmed to my knowledge.

Has the full tracklist been confirmed? No...

However, IESB.net posted a tracklist containing a track called "Battle of the Heroes" and only days later, the OS confirmed the track "Battle of the Heroes" and that it would be the theme for ROTS much like Duel of the Fates and Across the Stars were for TPM and AOTC, respectively.
