Does anybody know if we are going to see visually Anakin slaugthering jedi in the temple or if it is going to be like in Attack Of The Clones when Anakin slays the Tusken Raiders : the scene switches to another one when Anakin begins his killing spree ?

Can someone explain why the Jedi Temple appears to be in perfect condition when you see it during the ending of Return of the Jedi (DVD Edition)?

Many years lapse between Episodes 3 and 6.

And, it's called Return of the Jedi, so maybe its visually symbolic.

I really don't think Palpatine would want to restore the Jedi Temple if he's the one that ordered the destruction of the Jedi Temple.

That's why I said visually symbolic, rather than literally.

god knows what it looks like from the inside. I'm sure by that time in ep6, the temple would have been abandoned for at least since epIII.

Destroying it is no option, it's pretty much integrated in the entire structure that is coruscant. He'd have to detroy the buildings around it too, offices, homes etc.

besides he got what he wanted: no more jedi. The building itself was no threat to him.
