I've heard that happen several times. I hope you get it all straightened out. Also know that Fandango over sells tickets too. Just because you got one, doesn't mean you're getting in.

I used fandango for my midnight showing tickets. No trouble so far. I'll keep my fingers crossed, though.

Similar thing happened to me using movietickets.com
I placed an order and it never ended up going through. When I called customer service, they said they had a computer overload with all the people trying to order star wars tickets and the system couldn't keep up, thus selling tickets that weren't available, etc.

Lucky for me, my order bounced back due to the problem so I didnt get charged for nothing......and I did get tickets at the theater itself, so all is good...

What's the verdict aBa? And seriously, why did you wait so long to buy tickets?

I didn't....I bought tickets on April 17th...i've just been too busy to pick them up.

As it turns out, that was a cautionary letter sent out to all that bought from that particular theater, there was no problem with my tickets, as the manager swiped my card through, and the tickets showed up.

PROBLEM SOLVED, CRISIS AVERTED.
