Today, the great J.W. Rinzler posted a 56-page PDF on his website of the final chapter of his Making of Episode III book.

Great stuff in here about the making of the score in addition to the final effects run-up to the release of Revenge of the Sith.
This PDF was available on starwars.com for a while, but it got lost in Internet hell and has been unavailable until Mr. Rinzler's most recent twitter post. Hope all of you enjoy this as much as I do.
